Facebook Ad Account Recovery Script
Facebook Ad Account Recovery Script
Everybody who does facebook ads will get their ad account shut down sooner or later. It’s
bound to happen. Everyone will go through it
It may feel like the end of the world, but there is a solution to getting it back!
The top 3 strategies that I, and other Facebook marketers have used is::
3. Get a hold of Facebook ad rep via Fb chat (if you have this feature)
When you do send an appeal, NEVER EVER ARGUE with Facebook!
Just admit fault, even when you know* you’re not at fault!
You can use these sample scripts to send an appeal:
I want to make sure my customers and Facebook users get a positive
experience at all times.
That being said, I would like to have a full review of my account in hopes that it
can be reactivated.
I understand that Facebook is well within its rights to deactivate any account
for policy violation, and I would appreciate it very much if you could explain to
me which policies I have violated so that I can correct them.
I've taken a look at my ads over and over again, but I can't see which of my
ads are in violation. I believe they are compliant with Facebook's standards.
For example:
I have a working landing page and my ads do not show any broken
functionality.
I have no before and after pictures that might project a negative self-image.
I'm not using automatic animation or using techniques to hide the content of
my destination pages.
I understand that you cherish your users and want to give them the best user
experience, and I do not want to negatively affect their view of your company.
please review my account and let me know what I need to do fix it to be 100%
compliant so that I can avoid any future policy violations.
Thank You
I was informed that my ad account has been disabled because it doesn't follow
your Advertising Policies.
I understand that Facebook wants to give the best user experience for its
users and don't want to show ads that mislead, or give any false claim.
my #1 goal is to comply and make sure my customers and facebook users get
a positive experience at all times.
I understand that my ads may not be compliant and I apologize for my lack of
understanding of your policies. my #1 goal moving forward is to stay within
your policies.
Thank you
Sample script #3: for ad agency
We are an ad Agency. We have gone through your guidelines over and over
again to see which policy we aren't compliant.
We are doing our very best to be compliant and to follow your guidelines.
however, we cannot tell where we are violating the ad policy.
We are not using any offensive language or content in our ads. It isn't MLM or
anything related to that. We do not use more than 20% text. Our landing page
is relevant and includes a privacy policy, terms of service and a contact page.
We have done every possible solution to not violate your ad policy. Please let
us know what we must do to get this ad running for our client.
Thank you.
Any of your messages must be friendly and mention something similar to these one liner
keyword:
● I want to make sure my customers and Facebook users get a positive
experience at all times.
● My intention is not to mislead or misdirect anyone and I would love help in making
sure that doesn’t happen with my ads.
● Please tell me what to do to make my ads compliant and I’ll do it.
Never argue or mention anything similar to these…
● But my ads ARE compliant. Please reactivate my ad account!
● I spend a lot of money on Facebook, If you don’t reactivate my ad account I’ll take my
business elsewhere.
facebook will send an email whether they have reactivated your ad account, or that the
decision is FINAL!
You need to keep replying to all their emails and tell them you’re willing to comply. Even
when they say the decision is final.
HOWEVER…
Anybody can say* that they’re willing to comply, but it goes a long way to A
CTUALLY show
them PROOF & EVIDENCE that you ARE* in fact willing to comply!
You need to stand out from the many advertisers who get their ad account disabled that you
are serious and committed to 100% comply!
You can use the same script you sent to appeal, but this time attach a screenshot of your ad
& landing page and ask them to review. The format of your email reply can look similar to
this:
● Let them know that you realize the issue that may* have caused your account being
disabled,
● Let them know what possible solutions you will take to make sure that this does not
happen again
my #1 goal is to comply and make sure my customers and facebook users get
a positive experience at all times.
I understand that my ads may not be compliant and I apologize for my lack of
understanding of your policies. my #1 goal moving forward is to stay within
your policies.

Just re-edit your email reply and keep replying to their emails!
Also…
You will also need to keep appealing over and over again, no matter how many times you
are told “NO”.
The effort you show to Facebook that you’re actually willing to comply is more important than
what you say in your appeals & emails.
In short, these are the top 2 methods you need to do f irst* to get your ad account back:
ADDITIONAL METHOD #`1: Get a hold of Facebook ad rep via Fb chat (if you have this
feature)
The goal of getting a hold of a rep is to get on the phone or to communicate via email
Once you start communicating with a rep, use the same script to ask them to review your ad
account to get it back
If you have this feature available, you can go to : www.facebook.com/business/form/chat
2. If it’s during business hours there will be a chat box IF chat is open to communicate
with a rep. If NOT, scroll down until you see an option for email. Not everyone will
have email access, some will only have access to community.
IMPORTANT: If you DO have email access, ALWAYS click on “Ad Performance and
Delivery”
Facebook doesn’t like to talk to people with disabled ad accounts. They want to talk
about the performance of your ad.
ADDITIONAL METHOD #2: direct email to Facebook reps
Facebook doesn’t want you to get ahold of them, so you have to get creative and pull out
every trick you can!
This should be considered as a last resort and a long shot. but I’ve heard it has worked for a
few people.
He has helped a few advertisers get their account back. But If that email no longer works,
you can create a random common name and initials and add @fb.com
Send an email that says: “I’m trying to get ahold of my Facebook Ad Account rep…”
send several emails until you get a Facebook rep that’s friendly and nice,
Give them your Ad Account ID and ask them to work with you, and use the same polite script
to get your account back!
If you’ve done all of the above, but it’s taking too long, or you still can’t get it back...
then your best solution is to start fresh and create a new business manager!
