2. Local area connection will appear. Right click Local Area Connection then
click Properties.

5. Click OK
6. Click CLOSE.
Join Domain Using Windows 7
3. In the System Properties dialog box, click the Computer Name tab and click
the Change button.
Note: If the computer is running Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Basic or
Starter the Domain radio is disabled, indicating that the computer cannot join
a domain.

4. After specifying the name of the computer and the domain to join, click OK
You would be asked to provide a user name and a password for a user who has
the permissions to let a computer join a domain.
