Nurse : “Hello, good morning Ms?”

Patien : “ Good morning”

Nurse : “ I am Nurse Eka and I am shifted for registration. What is your name?”

Patien : “ My name is Mrs Luluk, nurse”

Nurse : “ Okay. Mrs luluk what can I do for you?”

Patien : “ I have a problem with my stomach”

Nurse ; “ Oh I see, sit down please.”

Patien : “ Yeah thank you nurse”

Nurse : “ What is a problem whith your stomach? What is your complaint Mrs?”

Patien ; “ Yeah, I have a stomach pain and nausea”

Nurse : “ Oh I see and then Do you want to check your stomach?”

Patien : “ Yes, I do Nurse”

REGISTRATION

Nurse : “Okay Mrs. But before you check your stomach you must doing
registration in here.”

Patien : “ Okay”

CLARIFYING

Nurse : “Thank you Mrs. I will check your data”

Patien : “ Yes, sure nurse.”

Nurse : “ Mrs. Luluk, I am so sorry this data about general practicioner is unclear
for me. What the name your general practicioner?”

Patien : “ My General practicioner is dr.Sudarman”

Nurse ; “ Okey. And then your then your kin is Mr.Sudarman which is your
husband, right?”

Patien : “ Yes, that is true. N urse, I want to meet dr.Wahyu for consult about a
problrm of my stomach”

Nurse : “ Okay, the last Mrs Luluk choose dr.Wahyu as consultant”

Patien : “ Yes Nurse”

NEXT PROSEDURE

Nurse : “ Okay this data is complete Mrs. Now this is your number of registration.”
And then Mrs Luluk can wait in waiting room”

Patien : “ sorry nurse, may I know the waiting room and dr.Wahyu room?”

Nurse : “ oh sure. The waiting room from here, you can go straight, and then turn
left on first steet and go straight, and then you fine the waiting room in the left side
of medical ward.and the room of dr. Wahyu is in of the waiting room.if your
registrstion number is called, you can return sign, and so you can enter dr. Wahyu
room.

Patien : “ oh I see, thank you for you service nurse”

Nurse ; “ Yes Mrs. Luluk. Nice to meet you and I hope you will get well soon”

Patien : “ Oh yes nice to meet you too. Okay thank you nurse”

Nurse ; “ You`re welcome”

ASKING PATIENT FEELING

Dotor : “Hello, ma`mam. What can I do for you?”

Patien : “I`ve been having bad stomachache lately.”

Doctor : “How long have you having them?”

Patien : “For about a month, as I remember.It just feels a little bit worse this week.
Sometimes I throw up after having cold drinks.”

Doctor : “Okay. Do you get this after every meal?”

Patien : “It`s usually after dinner.”

Doctor : “What do you usually have for dinner?”

Patien : “I usually have fast food”

Doctor : “something spicy?”

Patien : “Hot and spicy food at eight is the best way to warm my body before going
to bed.”

Doctor : “At eight? What time do you have your luch?”

Patien : “ Usually at 12. I always feel nauseated in the morning so I usually just
skip the breakfast. Samtimes I`II just grab some chips, and I`II have my lunch at
12.If I`m feeling hungry, I will get more snacks in the afternoon.”

Doctor : “I`t a hint of a stomach disorder. You sure need to change your eating
behaviour. Never skip your breakfast, eat three time a day, no fast food and less
spicy food.”

Patien : “That`s going to be hard, but I`II try.”

Doctor : “ I`II also give you something for that and let`s see what happens in two
week. Take one of these tablets three time a day after meals.”
 NURSING INSTRUCTIONS

Nurse: Good morning mom.

Patient: Good morning, Sus.

Nurse: Let me introduce my nurse eka, is this really true with Luluk's mother?

Patient: yes correct sus.

Nurse: Yes ma'am, here I will give insulin injections to the mother. Patient: Good

Patient: Doc, I want a headache medicine.

Nurse: Okay Ms.Eka, I'm Nurse Luluk. How are you today?

Patient: Oh, I'm fine, But it still feels a bit nauseous, nurse.

Nurse: Ms.eka here I will give medicine to you. The cure is ondansetron. The
goal is to reduce nausea and later help Mrs. Eka take this medicine.

Patient: How to use this drug, nurse?

Nurse: Taken like taking medicine as usual with food or milk to prevent stomach
problems, as ordered by the doctor.

Patient: How many times a day is the nurse?

Nurse: 3 times 1 a day

Patient: after or before eating?
