5. The USER should strictly stick to the following in order to maintain the ACCURACY of
the matter being typed.
The spelling should be exactly the same as those are in the scanned files. Sometimes the
spellings may be wrong in the original scanned files also. But they need not considered as
errors. The USER is supposed to type exactly as per the scanned file.
The punctuations should be at their respective places as per the image file. Numerical
mistakes will also be counted as errors.
There should be no missing/ extra or duplicate text. They will be counted as many errors as
the number of characters therein.
There should not be mismatch of the upper or lowercase (small/ capital latter). It should be
typed in the same case as it is in the scanned file.
The character count in one line of the image file and that of a file being typed should not
differ.
The USER should keep changing the line and paragraph by pressing ‘ENTER’ once or twice
as seen in the image file. Otherwise it will be considered as many errors as the number of
characters there in.
Typing should be start from the very first column and line without leaving any space. THE
SPACER BAR SHOULD NOT BE PRESSED AT THE STARTING OR END OF A LINE.
Otherwise it will be considered as an error.
There should be a single SPACE as seen in the image file
6. The errors left by the user, if any, will be shown to him/her highlighted in red color.
7. The USER will be provided with the errors sheet within 10 working days of previous submitted
Assignment. The USER will be dispatched the payment by cheque/Cash for the same.
8. No communication by the User in this regard will be entertained.
9. The USER will be required to submit fully completed page serially. One PC’s work cannot be
shared with another PC.
10. RSV INFOTECH will not be responsible for the work not being completed by the USER
because of any kind of technical failure, like hard disk crash etc. of the computer on which the
USER is working.
11. As per our privacy, the User should be sure that his/her identity would not disclosed to anyone or
anywhere for any purpose whatsoever.
12. Authenticate Key is issued only once in one CD against one User ID & Password.
13. The work will be discontinued and processing fess forfeited on the occurrence of any of the
following:
In case user does not work on the project seriously, sincerely, timely terms of the project and
as per the specified accuracy parameters, the processing fees will not be refunded and deposit
forfeited by RSV INFOTECH for substandard performance.
The assignment is not completed by the USER within the stipulated time Frame of 10 days.
The USER discontinues the project on his own for any purpose whatsoever.
The work is sub-contract by the USER. The USER has used some unauthenticated means,
other than Manual Typing, or indulged in breaking through.
The project / assignment is password protected. It will be on the sole Discretion of RSV
INFOTECH to decide if the user has used some unauthenticated means or broken through the
password protected structures of the program. It will not be practically possible to give the
user any proof of such an act having been committed by him / her thus any such conclusion
extracted by our technical team will be final and not challengeable.
The completed assignment to be submitted on 11 th day. If the user don not submit the project
on the 11th day, than the assignment will be treated as canceled.
Technical Guidelines to be followed by the USER
Starting and ending no space.
Same spelling typing.
Between two words single space.
Always starting from left alignments.
Each and every file must be saved.
Don’t format like bold, italic, superscript, subscript etc.
Don’t have to type totally blurred word/paragraph in the Image file.
