LESSON PLAN

I. Objectives
After a thorough discussion, the students are expected to:
a. Define millennials and fillenials.
b. Differentiate millennials from fillenials.
c. Determine and internalized the millennials and fillenials different ethical challenges and
responses.

A. Awareness
 Prayer
 Greetings
 Checking of attendance
 Review of the previous lesson
 Motivation
The students will be asked to give their own perspective from the quotations posted.

B. Activity
Presentations of the topic by letting the students go to their respective groups. Further
instructions will be given to the demo teachers. We will give them enough time (10 minutes will do)
to do the activity. Each member of the group should cooperate. Choose one or two representative
for each group to explain the answers.

C. Analysis
In the power point presentation, the students will read and understand millennials and fillenials
ethical challenges and responses. And then we will be going to discuss to them what it is all about
for them to fully understand the topic. We will give examples that they can relate to. Make sure
that they will be more eager to learn about the topic by asking question like: What is your response
to the ethical challenges that the millennials and Filipino millennials facing today? And we will make
the class more interactive.
D. Abstraction
 Millennials & Fillenials: Ethical Challenges and Response
Millennials expect more from brands with ethics and morality becoming part of their
identity and culture in real life and online.
Fillenials also known as “Filipino millennials generation” and they're one of today's largest
group of property hunters. A “Selfie-generation”
 Ethical Challenges of MILLENNIALS
 The generation is spearheading change in the workforce — and they’ll switch jobs until they
find what they want.
- Out of the more than 100 million full-time employees that make up the American
workforce, only one-third of them are engaged at work — which is defined as being "emotionally
and psychologically attached to their work and workplace.
Responses:
1. They’re not scared to change jobs.
2. They want work with a purpose.
3. They want stability.
4. They want flexibility in when and where they work.
"Most workers, many of whom are millennials ... want their work to have meaning and
purpose. They want to learn and develop. They want their job to fit their life. “
 Inequality: one of the most challenging and diverse issues of the future
Response: Millennial generation is somewhat more supportive of efforts to ensure equal rights
than are members of older age groups.
 Environment: Threats to the safety of our environment are a growing problem.
Response: Millennials are responsible for making immediate lifestyle changes that are
friendly to the environment. Making these changes today will ensure that future
generations will still have a planet they can appreciate and care for.

E. Application

Now let’s have a group activity. You will be group based on your intelligence or capabilities.
Choose a leader. You will be going to have a role play presentation in which you have to cite a
scenario regarding the topic. We will give 10 minutes to do your tasks. And after 10 minutes, you
are going to present it in front of the class.
