Mock Up

The mockup of pipe supports and hangers was not fully approved and needed to be updated to match specifications. Some pipe clamps and supports were also not installed correctly or did not have the required documentation. Alignment of support rods needed adjustment at a few locations. Duct and pipe clashes were identified and resolved by shifting pipes as per the clash-free model.

CPVC pipes does not have detrimental effects
of water i.e., corrosion resistant ( refer IS:
15778 clause 9.2)
CPVC pipe installed are also not exposed to
sun.
8 Pipe marking missing and need to be painted before installation as per the specs. Surface of CPVC pipe is also smooth in nature.
( refer IS 15778 clause 9.1.1)
IS code & ASTM standards also does not
specifies about paint.
So, we will follow above codes and standards
for CPVC pipe installation.

9 Alignment of rod was not proper at few locations and need to be adjusted. DONE
