Steps to activate your
live iium e-mail:

Step 1 – Login into i-

Ma’luum Student Portal
using your IIUM
username (matric no)
and password.

name and then click the
Profile button.

your live iium e-mail
address.

My Services in i-
Ma’luum and then
click on the Mail
button.

Step 5 – Login using your

full live iium e-mail
address as your username.
For password, use
iium followed by either
your IC no or Passport no,
with no dashes or spaces,
for e.g.
iium951104101234

Step 6 – You will be asked

to change/update your
password.

That’s it! You have

activated your live iium
email. After you have
logged in you will see the
Office 365 dashboard as
shown in the next slide.

Step 1 – Click on the

Mail button in the Office
365 Dasboard. Microsoft
Outlook will start. You
will be asked to set your
time zone and save.

mailbox for an e-mail from
Microsoft Imagine. If you
cannot find it in your inbox,
check your spam / junk mail
folder. Follow the
instructions given in the e-
mail.

download genuine
Microsoft software such as
Windows 10, Microsoft
Project, Microsoft Visio,
Microsoft Access, etc
(Microsoft Office not
included).
The next time you want to
go to the Microsoft Imagine
website, log in into i-
Ma’luum, click on My
Services and then click on
the Software button.
