DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED, made and executed in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Philippines, by and between:

Subdivision Brgy. Greater Lagro Novaliches, Quezon City, hereinafter called the VENDEES.
WITNESSETH: THAT-
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner of certain parcels of land with all the improvements

WHEREAS, the above-described properties are presently mortgaged to
