INVENTORY AND TESTING PROGRAM OF STSTI

INVENTORY SERVICE
>is systematically collects, evaluates, and interprets data to identify the characteristcis and potential of
every client.

ACTIVITIES:

1.) PERSONAL INFORMATION DATA SHEET (Student Record)- this is intended to all Grade Level from
Second-Fourth Weeks of June at Student’s Respective Classrooms.
2.) ANECDOTAL RECORD- this is a report made by a teacher or the class adviser who witnessed an
offense or unusual/undesirable behaviour committed by a student ( June to March at the
Guidance Center)
3.) INTAKE INTERVIEW- these are forms used for updating and verifying the anecdotal record and
any referral cases. (June to March at the Guidance Center)
4.) ADMISSION SLIPS- these are records of slips provided for students who may incur absences and
tardiness. (June to March at the Guidance Center)
5.) TEST DATA(Test Results)- these are results of psychological test undertaken by the students.
(July to February)

TESTING PROGRAM
 It aims to measure the abilities of the students mentally and also identify their potentials and
weknesses to facilitate in forming a general picture of them and understand the whole.
1.) MENTAL ABILITY TEST- it measures the innate intellectual capacities of students that tend to
provide their general ability. Intended for the Gr. 7 Students (July to August at students’
Respective Classrooms).
2.) MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE TEST- it determines the specific area of intelligence of each individual.
Covered among these are: Visual –spatial, Verbal-linguistic, Musical, Logical-Mathematical,
Naturalistic, Bodily-kinesthetic, Interpersonal, and Intrapersonal. Intended for the Gr. 8
Students. (September to October at Students’ Respective Classrooms).
3.) PERSONALITY TEST- it intends to measure the degree to which certain personality traits and
characterstics and present in an individual’s psychological make-up. Intended for the Grade 9
Students at Students’ Respective Classrooms.
4.) CAREER INTEREST INVENTORY- it aims to measure preferences for certain disciplines, kind of
tasks, and occupational fields. The results will aid individual students make a wise and
appropriate vocational, occupational, and career choices. Intended for the Gr. 10 students at
their respective classrooms.
