System Requirement

o Easy and Spectrum (Web version)

• Processor with minimum 600MHz (Recommended 1 GHz) speed


• Minimum RAM (Physical) 256 MB and Recommended RAM 512 MB or
More
• Minimum 20GB of free disk space
• Operating System :- Vista ,Windows 2000 (SP3+) ,Windows XP ,
Windows Server 2003 Editions
• IE 6 with 128 bit encryption; IE7; IE 8 with SP1 and SP2.
• The minimum internet connection 128 kbps speed for one market
watch with 25 scrip’s side by side (NSE & BSE), recommended speed
256 kbps
• For firewall or proxy server, enable ports 80
• Recommended Antivirus : Symantec, McAfee, Trend (License Version)

o Ports Required for WEB

Ensure that ports are open in firewall at your end or contact your Internet
Service provider (ISP) for the opening of following ports for the Internet IP:
Internet IP = 219.64.14.122
Port Require = 80

• To check that the port is opened. Kindly follow the instructions as below :
Go to Start – Run – type CMD
Command Prompt will open
Check following commands
Telnet 219.64.14.122 80

9 If the port is opened the command prompt screen will remain blank
Otherwise it will display ‘Connect Failed’ that means port is not open
for domain
Name or port is not open for respective IP address, and then contact
your ISP

Browser Settings
Use the following settings for IE6 and above Versions (mandatory)

1. Sun Java must be enabled:


Go to Internet Browser. --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> Java (Sun).
And make following changes in Internet Options setting:-
• JAVA (Sun):- Just Click in Check box for enable Java.

2. Disable Microsoft VM:


Go to Internet Browser --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> Java Console
disabled.

Go to Internet Browser --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> Java Logging
disabled.

Go to Internet Browser --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> JIT complier
for virtual machine disabled.

Note:- Microsoft VM: - Uncheck the check box for disabling Java console enabled option,
Java logging enabled and JIT complier for virtual machine enabled

3. Best viewed on 1024X768 pixels:

Right click on Desktop --> choose Properties --> Settings --> Screen area.

4. Disable "Pop Up" blocker.

Go to Internet Browser --> Tools --> Pop-up Blocker --> Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

Before turn off Pop-up Blocker

After turn off Pop-up Blocker

Another setting for Disable "Pop Up" blocker:-

Go to Internet Browser. --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy -->

Just uncheck the check box for disable pop up blocker and click on Apply and OK

Settings for Vista Operating System

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Double click on User Accounts

Click on Turn User Account Control on or off

Remove the tick from Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your
computer

And then click on ok

All above mentioned information and necessary links available on login page also.

Installation Process for Sun Java
If you don't find the above settings on your computer, you may need to download
Sun Java on your machine. Click here to download and save this on your desktop.
Post download, double click on the file downloaded which will automatically update
your system. Thereafter recheck for the above settings.
For Downloading Sun Java:-
• Click here
• Click on SAVE

• Then it will prompt you to select the location for save

• Then select the location to save the ZIP file. And it will save with default name as
sjavafull.zip
• After that just right click on that zip file and select extract here option.
• For instillation of Sun java on your system kindly follow below steps:-

1. After downloading Sun java double click on it.


The installation process starts. The installer presents an option to view the
License Agreement. After reading the agreement, click the Accept button to
accept its terms and to continue with the installation.

If you'd like to change the installation directory, or customize other features,
select Show Advanced Options Panel.

If you selected the Advanced Options Panel, the installer displays a Custom
Setup screen that allows you to choose program features to set up. We
recommend that you keep the default settings, unless you are an advanced user
who wants more precise control over the components that will be installed. After
ensuring that the desired program features are selected, click the Next button to
continue with the installation.

Once the installation is successfully completed, you will see the Verify Installation
page where you can verify your Java version installation.
NOTE: You may need to restart (close and re-open) your browser to enable the
Java installation.

After login to New Mybroker click on Always trust content from this publisher and
click on RUN.
