real word of work and contribute much to their professional development. It is also a portal where
the students could share and show out their output in relation to what is being learned in the
classroom. Productive industrial trainings help students make informed decisions and improve
their marketability after graduation.

We, BSME 5th year students of the Cebu Technological University Main campus - Dumanjug
Extension Campus will be having a series of PLANT VISIT/TOUR as per required of the subject
ME 521: Plant Visit for the completion of degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In view of this, we would like to request your office to allow us visit in your prestigious company
at your most convenient time. If possible of you could calendar and accommodate our plant visit
on the 10th day of March 2020, preferably in the morning from 8:00 AM until 12:00 NN in
the afternoon. The group compromises of twenty-five (25) graduating Mechanical Engineering
students together with the instructor.

In addition, we would like to request for your approval to provide us with your knowledgeable
personnel to guide us around the company and premises and conduct a lecture in relation to the
company’s equipment/facilities and processes.

We can assure you that we will follow all of the rules and safety precautions set forth by your
company during the activity.

We are willing to have a coordination meeting with you at your convenient time to discuss further
