2.8 Requirements for Authorization


Minimum Student Enrollment Criteria
The Head Office and each branch location is required to enrol a minimum of 30 students or enrollments worth USD10,000
per location per annum to maintain the ATC status.

ATC Application Evaluation Fee, Network Access Fee and Annual Authorization Fee
• A non-refundable Application Evaluation Fee of USD500 is required for all new applications. and
• A one-time ATC Network Access Fee of USD5,000, and
• Annual Authorization Fee:
o USD2,500 for Developing Nations (DNA) or
o USD3,000 for Non-Developing Nations (NDNA).

For new ATCs, the Annual Authorization Fee is prorated for each full quarter of operations in the first year.

Current applicable fees are published on the IATA website at www.iata.org and are subject to change without prior notice.
