of employment subject to satisfactory receipt of references and the following terms:

months, at any time during which either you or the Company can terminate your

Additional terms and conditions of your employment will be specified in the PRINCIPAL
STATEMENT OF TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT which will be issued within eight weeks of
starting work. This Company has an EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK, which sets out the Rules and
Regulations applicable to everyone who works for us. A copy of the EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
will be made available to you and you will be expected to be familiar with its contents.

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Company.

Please sign a copy of this letter to indicate your acceptance of the offer and the terms above,
complete the details of referees below and return to me by [date], after which the offer no
longer stands.
