    WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    · Warranty period is 12 months from the date of invoice. Utest will repair or replace any goods manufactured by itself in respect of
    defects arising solely from faulty materials or workmanship, providing they are returned carriage paid to Utest factory.
    · In all cases where defects or shortages and complained of, the customer should fill out PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE
    REQUEST FORM to give Utest an opportunity to inspect the goods before any use is made thereof or any alteration or modification
    is made thereto by the Customer.
    · The warranty will be void in the following cases:
    i. Failure caused by force-majeure events and others where the manufacturer cannot be liable.
    ii. Failures due to the voltage difference
    iii. Lack of or insufficient service and maintenance by the customer.
    iv. Normal wear and tear of operating parts.
    v. Misuse of the machine and its equipment.

    TRANSPORTATION AND INSURANCE


    · Unless the delivery is arranged by Utest, transportation insurance is customer's responsibility.
    · The Customer is under a duty to inspect the case of the goods on delivery or on collection. In case of damages, the customer or
    their carrier should request an official damage report.
    · Claims for damage in transit or shortage in delivery of the goods will only be considered if a written notification is presented to Utest
    within 10 working days of delivery or in the event of loss of goods in transit within 15 working days of the date of consignment.

    INSTALLATION
    Installation service is available on request. There is a 150€ service fee per person, per day. Visa application fee, airplane tickets
    and airport pick-up/drop-off, accommodation and local expenses should be covered by the Customer.
