At this STEM camp, I taught many different modules to over 45 different school from the valley. The
teaching portion of the job entitles employees to prepare, teach, and classroom manage 4-5 groups of 20-30
students per school trip. Along with teaching I was deemed "team lead" where I was in charge of
hospitality, housekeeping, cooking, serving, landscaping, scheduling, food orders, communicating with
schools groups, and making staff schedules. Projects that were done during the time of me being team lead
include; organizing classrooms, organizing the office, coming up with a filing system for paperwork,
analyzing modules and improving them, keeping an inventory of materials needed for modules, ordering
new materials needed for modules, scheduling schools groups up to a month before arrival via email,
effectively communicating with the leaders of the groups upon arrival, being the main point of contact for
groups, communicating with school groups the different rules/procedures for camp.
