EASYDIAG 3.

0 FLASHING

Tutorial by warezhr

Open carefully EasyDiag 3.0 device, first take off sticker very carefull to not damage it, you will need glue later to put that sticker
back, this fast glue with Brush is very good for that work but you need to be very fast. To open screws you need Torx T6.
On your PC install STM32 ST-LINK Utility_v4.2.0, after that connect your ST-Link to laptop, and now run application ST-
LinkUpgrade, select: device connect-upgrade. Now find ST-link in your installed programs on laptop and run it. On first step we
will need to select which BIN file we want to use to flash the device, select it like on this photos.
To flash the device we will need to use ST-LINK V2 and MINI USB cable, you can buy it on ebay or aliexpress for 2-3$. Connect the
ST-link like on this scheme. Maybe your wires are different colors but ignore colors, follow the SWDIO, SWCLK, GND and MINI
USB.
Now when you connected all like on photos above, before you connect the MINI USB cable to your Laptop open program ST-Link
and prepare yourself to click very fast on Target-Connect or on Icon Connect.
After you see it is connected, we need to remove the read only protection from the chip, now go to Menu and select Target-
Option Bytes...

Now we are ready to flash the device, follow this steps to flash it:

1) Target-Erase Chip
2) Target Program & Verify
