INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses FERDINAND F. PERALTA, IRVIN F.


PERALTA and VLADI F. PERALTA of the crime of Slight Physical Injuries
under Art. 266 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about the 14th day of March , 2011, in Quezon City, Philippines,
the above-named accused, conspiring, confederating with and mutually helping
one another, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously attack assault
and employ personal violence upon the person of one PHILIP L. FRIAS, a minor,
16 years old, by then and there, hitting him with their fists at his back and at his
face, thereby inflicting upon him physical injuries which have required medical
attendance for a period within one (1) to nine (9) days, and incapacitated him
from performing her customary labor for the same period of time, to the damage
and prejudice of the said offended party.
CONTRAY TO LAW.
