    Entry Fee : Rs. 500/-, Entry restricted to First 150 players, Bengal Chess Association Registration
    is mandatory, Maximum 7 rounds in FIDE Swiss League System will be played - 1 hour per round
    (30 minutes for each side) Age proof must be produced if needed. Complimentary 1st and 2nd February
    2020 Reporting time is at 1 pm.on 1st February 2020.
    All players will get perticipation certificate. Arbiter’s decision is to be considered final.
