    Hilong S&E’s headquarter is located at Central Business District of Beijing China


    with its share capital of 16million USD. As an international drilling contractor with
    its considerable knowledge and many years of experience in oil and gas industry,
    Hilong S&E has total 22 drilling/workover rigs in operation in different countries like
    Kazakhstan, Ecuador, Nigeria, Columbia, Pakistan, Ethiopia providing quality service
    to renowned clients like Shell, PETROAMAZONAS EP, EMERALD, Andes, RIO NAPO,
    Schlumberger, KOR, UEPL OGDCL, POLY-GCL etc. and already set up the branch
    companies in these countries.

    Hilong S& E focuses on the international market, initiating its business on the basis of
    supplying land drilling and workover rig service. Meanwhile, Hilong S& E makes great
    efforts to seek every opportunity to develop, expand the relevant oil technology and
    equipment service market, such as: directional/horizontal drilling, cementing, coring,
    under balanced drilling, drilling fluid, well completion fluid, wireline logging, mud
    logging, well testing, assembling, testing, importing and exporting drilling rigs & other
    petroleum equipment and spare parts, etc. Finally, Hilong S& E is going to invest oil (gas)
    exploration& production and the affiliated technology service, being inclusive of well
    protecting, stimulating and improving.

    Hilong S&E can provide a complete drilling& workover rig fleet with
    the Max. drilling capacity up to 9000m with 4-1/2in Dp, such as:
    ● ZJ90DBS 3000HP
    ● ZJ70D or ZJ70DBS 2000HP
    ● ZJ50D or ZJ50DBS 1500HP
    ● ZJ40D or ZJ40DT 1000HP
    ● ZJ30C 750HP
    ● XJ650 (650HP), XJ550 (550HP), XJ450 (450HP) and other workover rigs.

    All rigs are planned, manufactured, tested as per API4F, API7K, API8A, API11E, API16A,
    API16D, IADC and ISO9001.
    All heavy& medium heavy rigs are equipped with Wellknown BOP, Varco TDS-11SA or
    Canrig TDS, Caterpillar Engine, Derrick solid control unit and MD Instrumentation.
    We have our own rig assembling base to perform rig testing and assembling, rig crew
    training.
