I. Objective
Explains the dimensions of holistic health (physical, mental/ intellectual,
emotional, social, and moral-spiritual).

D. Concept: Explaining the dimensions of holistic health. Physical health means
how your body functions. Mental health means being a lifelong learner by
continuously wanting to learn new things and improve one’s skills. Social health
refers to how will you get along with other people, how other people react and
how will you interact with social institutions. Emotional health refers to how
well you meet the demands of daily life and how you adjust to new situations.
And moral-spirtual health means being at peace and in harmony with ourselves
and others.

V.Application

Now class lets have an activity count


youselves from 1 to 3. Choose a leader and a
secretary. I have here an envelope with manila
paper and pentelpen inside. And another
smaller envelope containing the question.
Each group should answer the question:
What are the importance of explaining the
dimension of holistic health in our life?
Summarize all your ideas and write it down
on the manila paper and present your answer
to the class. I will give you 10 minutes to finish
the activity.
