the appetite and health lifestyle. Thus, they tend to place themselves to fast food chain, expensive

they think would satisfy their appetite regardless of its price.

Since our target customers are the grade 12 students of STI College Surigao, we may
possibly make an inspiration and encouragement for them since we are only alike in terms of

benefits as well as helps to save their weekly allowance of money due to its economical price.
The product is very versatile, it can be use and consume as their breakfast and snack food as well
as it can be match to any other kind of food products due to its healthy ingredients used. Aside
from being nutritious and affordable, it has a tastier texture and characteristics which is more

satisfying and delicate than those food products sold at an expensive price or at fast food chain or
fancy shops. It can be their full time breakfast or snack food habit and even can be their appetizer
or dessert for their meals through only innovating or enhancing it such as adding with some
sweet topping or any kinds of sweets. Additionally they would also gained knowledge about the
bad benefits to the body of what unhealthy food products brings causing them to get motivated of
being healthy conscious and aware regarding the selection of food products thus, allowing them

products being sold that looks captivating for most customer’s appetite. To specify the food
products that they always tend to consume every day, these are primarily pizzas, hamburgers,
fries, sundaes, cakes, halo-halo, beef chao-fan, isaw, ngoyong, kwek-kwek, and any more other
food products being produced with some used of unhealthy ingredients and high risk of bad
benefits to the body.

The product is very suitable for all types of customers such as families, students, child, and
primarily for pastry lovers who are fond of eating any kinds of pasties all the time and in early
morning. They would greatly benefit from the product through not only the nutritional content it

Surigao State College of Technology. This allows consumers especially students to have another
choice or option to eat as a food snack aside from other food snack products (such as
Banana/Kamote Que, Pancake, Pinaypay, Fishballs, etc.) sold at school’s every corner. Students
could buy the product when break time, or at the early morning and at the end of school hours.

The proposed pastry bakery will do $50,000 per year in sales and the average sale per
square foot in a bakery is $100. The amount of selling space that the business need is
approximately 500 square feet. This would include enough room in the production area for two
bakers producing breads, muffins, cookies, pies, puffs and anything else that seemed appropriate.
The business had no wasted space, the walls were lined with shelves, and the 2 workbenches had
bins and drawers. The retail area was large enough to hold 10 or so customers.

Bernard Espejon, Marcilina Ilagan, Shiera Merle,Mia Aila Matugas, and Angel Vicio. The one
who operate and manages the purchasing and production of the business is Mr. Espejon.Ms.
Merle and Ms. Matugas are the ones responsible for managing the sales and expenses of the
business. While Ms. Ilagan is responsible for supervising the two bakeries as well as for
providing and checking the tools and equipment needed, she is responsible for operating all of
the things that enable to finish the processes efficiently inside the bakery shop. The head
manager of the business is Ms. Vicio, she is responsible for providing and operating everything
in the business. She decides and makes the to-do lists to be followed and make plans for the
operating functions as well as for the employees and co-partnerships. All tasks to be exhibit
inside the business will depend on her.
