MY TOP 5 CLIMATE CONDITION THAT I WANT TO

EXPERIENCE
1. HUMID SUBTROPICAL CLIMATE
The HUMID SUBTROPICAL CLIMATE is

my first pick because in the Humid Subtropical
climate is a very pleasant climate. It stays warm
throughout the year. The Temperatures usually
stay high (above 70 degrees) throughout the year,
but cool down for a few months, so there are
really only 2 seasons here: summer and winter.
However, the winter season is not usually a cold
winter. Summer season lasts longer, since Humid
Subtropical areas are somewhat near the Equator.
Humid Subtropical climate is known for hot,
humid summers and mild winters. During the
summer, the average temperature is between 70
and 80 degrees. The coldest month usually
averages 45-50 degrees. Since Humid Subtropical is found between 20 degrees and 40 degrees
latitude, they receive direct sunlight for a large part of the year.
The natural vegetation found in the Humid Subtropical areas are mainly evergreen trees,
bushes, and shrubs. These are not the hardy evergreen trees like pine and spruce. Most of these
evergreens are more delicate. The reason many plants here are evergreens is because of the long
months of warmth and regular rain. These plants have adapted to the regular climate conditions.
Many broad-leaf evergreens such as palm trees and ferns are found here. Many plants can be
farmed here since the growing season is sometimes 8 months long.
2. MEDITERRANEAN CLIMATE
My second pick is the Mediterranean Climate

because of its climates that is relatively mild
winters and very warm summers. The
Mediterranean climate is a climate that has dry
summers that are hot or warm as well as winters
that are cool or mild with moderate or high rainfall. It includes the climate of much of the land
near the Mediterranean Sea. Outside the Mediterranean, one can find this climate only in rather
small areas. It is found in many places that are roughly between latitudes 30° to 45° north and
south of the equator.
The native vegetation of Mediterranean climate lands must be adapted to survive long, hot
summer droughts and prolonged wet periods in winter. Mediterranean vegetation examples
include the following:
 Evergreen trees: such as bay laurel, pine, and cypress

 Deciduous trees: such as sycamore, oak, and buckeyes
 Fruit trees such as olive, figs, walnuts and grapes
 Shrubs: rosemary, Erica, Banksia, and chamise
 Sub-shrubs: such as lavender, Halimium, and sagebrush
 Grasses: grassland types, Themeda triandra, bunchgrasses; sedges, and rushes
 Herbs: such as Achillea, Dietes, Helichrysum and Penstemon
Much native vegetation in Mediterranean climate area valleys have been cleared for
agriculture.
3. SAVANNAH AND GRASSLAND
For my third pick I want to go in the savannah

and grassland because I want to experience the
climate in Savannah along with the different
amazing animals here in savannah and grassland.
The savanna biome is rich with herbivores such as
elephants, zebras, gazelles, and buffalo.
In the savanna biome, all the animals and plants

are extremely dependent upon each other for a food
supply. If one species of animal were removed, the
entire ecosystem would be altered. Climate is very
important in the savanna biome. If the rainfall
decreases and/or the temperature increases, the
animals and plants will not be able to continue to survive. The savanna I want to go in Africa.
Africa is a big tourist attraction but the introduction of vehicles and humans into that
environment is very stressful to the plants and animals there.
There are many herbivores in the savanna biome which also bring many carnivores.
Herbivores have developed traits which help them escape predators such as being fast, being
large, or being tall. The savanna biome does have a long dry season so plants there have adapted
to this climate. Some store water in their roots and others extend their long roots deep into the
ground to recover water from the water table.
4. TROPICAL RAINFOREST
For my fourth pick is the tropical rainforest because

of its climate and fresh air coming from the nature. In A
tropical rainforest climate, typical of regions along the
equator, is characterized as being hot and wet throughout
the year, with frequent and heavy rainfalls. Tropical
rainforests experience this tropical climate, a climate
without any dry season. In addition, there is neither
summer nor winter in the tropical rainforests, but it
usually is hot and wet all months of the year with
frequent and heavy rains.
I want to visit here is the country of Indonesia in Sumatra we're the rainforest is have a
unique shape and size of the property provide significant habitat for in-situ conservation of
thousands of Sumatran species, in particular species that require larger home ranges like
Sumatran tiger, Sumatran orangutan, Sumatran elephant, Sumatran rhino and Sumatran ground
cuckoo.
5. SUB TROPICAL HIGHLANDS
For my fifth pick is the Subtropical

Highlands because except of its forest
it’s have a unique cold temperature in
this places. The Subtropical
highland climate an oceanic climate
(also known as marine, west coast and
maritime) is the climate typical of the
west coasts at the middle latitudes of
most continents, and generally features
warm, but not hot summers and cool, but not cold winters, and a relatively narrow annual
temperature range. Humid Subtropical climate is a very pleasant climate. It stays warm
throughout the year. Usually Humid Subtropical is found on the east coasts of continents like you
see in the map above in the North America, South America, and China. Large storms that form in
the ocean such as hurricanes and cyclones often strike these areas due to their position on the
east coast. Humid Subtropical climate has a large variety of plant and animal life.
The natural vegetation found in Humid Subtropical areas are mainly evergreen trees,
