The objective of this Document is to give information on a system called Quality Tool Box Talk Meeting (QTBTM) that will
help raise the quality of construction activities in project smoothly and with simple steps.

Prior to application, all coating shall be thoroughly mixed until it is
1 homogeneous. For quantities over 5L, a power stirrer shall be used.( SAES-H- Applicators, Crew Supervisor

personnel for personal cleaning or personal cooling. (SAES-H-001-5.3.5)
Generally free of application related defects such as runs, sags, drips, dry Applicators, Crew Supervisor

spray or foreign matter. (SAES-H-001-9.3.5-b)
For areas less than 0.1 m², grind to a rough metal surface using at least an 80 Applicators, Crew Supervisor
8 grit disc sander. Alternatively spot blast or power tool cleaning to bare steel.
Feather edge of coating at least 25 mm beyond bare metal. (SAES-H-001-9.6.3)
