Singh Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He completed his PhD from JNU, India. His research
emphasis is on formation of Periodontal delivery, solid dispersions, bilayer tablets,
microsponges, prodrug drug delivery systems, novel drug delivery systems and statistical
validation. He is serving as editor and reviewer for various journals, and also has more than
50 research and review articles in journals of international and national repute. He has nine
years of industrial and academic experience. He has more than 8 books to his credit.
Recently he has written a book on intellectual property rights and drug regulatory affairs.
“I am a hard worker with the experience to get things done efficiently. I can
contribute my academic as well as research skills and my ability to work well in a
group. I have the experience, contacts and knowledge to contribute to the rapid
growth of your esteemed university. My ability to plan ahead will help facilitate that
growth.”

RESEARCH STATEMENT/ PHILOSOPHY

My research is concerned principally with Controlled Drug Delivery Systems. The goal has been
to provide simplified descriptions of complicated phenomena such as Novel Drug Delivery
Systems. The experimentation has become a bigger proportion of my research in the past five or
so years.
