markets spread across the globe. The HCM solution mainly consists of Personnel Administration,
Time, Compensation, Payroll and Self Service scenarios, with Reporting embedded in each work
centers. The Personnel Administration consists of scenarios handling Hire, Transfer, Terminate
Rehire, Work place and Maintenance and Compensation work center consists of Hire,
Maintenance, Structure maintenance and Components which forms the master data to payroll.
Responsibilities:
⇒ Involved in designing and development of Byd Product for HCM key areas such as Personnel
Administration (Employee Administration), Compensation Administration and Payroll Work
centers
⇒ Involved in the development and maintenance of payroll middleware and integration with third
part payroll providers like ADP and others.
⇒ Involved in Business Configuration technical execution and UI specifically for Payroll content.
