Technique:
The pins and ball are crocheted in spirals. Don’t close the round with 1 sl but continue with sc for the
next round. Make 1 sc in every stitch that isn’t mentioned.
Snout:
Ch 2 with white or start with a magic ring.
1. 6 sc into the 1st ch or into the magic ring, 1 sl into the 1st sc (= 6 sc)
2. 2 sc in every sc (= 12 sc)
3. 3 times (2 sc into the next sc), 3 sc, 3 times (2 sc into the next sc), 3 sc (= 18 sc)
4. 3 times (1 sc, 2 sc into the next sc), 3 sc, 3 times (1 sc, 2 sc into the next sc), 3 sc (= 24 sc)
5 and 6. 24 sc
End with 1 sl into the 1st sc and fasten off.
Stuff the snout and sew it onto the front of the head, between round 52 and round 59.
Embroider with pink the nose onto the snout (use the picture as a guide).
Ear:
Ch 2 with light brown or start with a magic ring.
1. 6 sc into the 1st ch or into the magic ring, 1 sl into the 1st sc (= 6 sc)
2. 6 sc
3. 2 sc in every sc (= 12 sc)
4. 12 sc
5. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (= 18 sc)
6. Fold the work and sc the st together with 8 sc.
Fasten off.
Make another ear and sew the ears onto the head, between round 60 and round 66.
Snout:
Ch 2 with skin color or start with a magic ring.
1. 6 sc into the 1st ch or into the magic ring, 1 sl into the 1st sc (= 6 sc)
2. 2 sc in every sc (= 12 sc)
3. 3 times (2 sc into the next sc), 3 sc, 3 times (2 sc into the next sc), 3 sc (= 18 sc)
4. 3 times (1 sc, 2 sc into the next sc), 3 sc, 3 times (1 sc, 2 sc into the next sc), 3 sc (= 24 sc)
5. 3 times (1 sc, 2 sc into the next sc, 1 sc), 3 sc, 3 times (1 sc, 2 sc into the next sc, 1 sc), 3 sc (= 30 sc)
6. 30 sc, into the back loops only.
7 and 8. 30 sc
End with 1 sl into the 1st sc and fasten off.
Stuff the snout and sew it onto the front of the head, between
round 51 and round 60.
Embroider with brown the nostrils onto the front of the snout.
Ear:
Ch 2 with skin color or start with a magic ring.
1. 6 sc into the 1st ch or into the magic ring, 1 sl into the 1st sc
(= 6 sc)
2. 6 sc
3. 2 sc in every sc (= 12 sc)
4. 12 sc
5. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (= 18 sc)
6 - 12. 18 sc
13. Fold the work and sc the st together with 8 sc.
Fasten off.
Make another ear and sew the ears onto the head, between
round 58 and round 64.
Fold the ears and sew the tips onto the head (use the picture as a guide).
Eye:
Ch 2 with white or start with a magic ring.
1. 6 sc into the 1st ch or into the magic ring, 1 sl into the 1st sc
(= 6 sc)
2. 2 sc in every sc (= 12 sc)
3. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (= 18 sc)
4 - 7. 18 sc
End with 1 sl into the 1st sc and fasten off.
Make another eye.
Attach the safety eyes between round 5 and round 6 of the eye.
Stuff the eyes and sew them onto the top of the head, between
round 63 and round 71.
Eyelids:
Ch 6 with green.
1. 1 sc, 3 times (2 sc into the next ch), 1 sc (= 8 sc)
2. 2 sc, 4 times (2 sc into the next sc), 2 sc (= 12 sc)
3. 2 sc, 3 times (1 sc, 2 sc into the next sc), 4 sc (= 15 sc)
4 - 6. 15 sc
Fasten off.
Make another eyelid.
Fold the eyelids around the eyes and sew them on top of the head.
Pin with duck:
Make the pin with the duck like the pin with the cat, but use light blue
instead of pink and yellow instead of light brown.
Beak:
Ch 10 with orange.
1. 8 sc, 3 sc into the next ch, continue at the other side of the
chain: 8 sc, 3 sc into the last ch (= 22 sc)
2. 9 sc, 2 sc into the next sc, 10 sc, 2 sc into the next sc, 1 sc (= 24 sc)
3 - 8. 24 sc
9. Fold the work and sc the st together with 11 sc
10. Ch 1, turn around, sc into the front loops only: 3 sc, 1 hdc, 3 dc,
1 hdc, 2 sc, 1 sl.
Fasten off.
Sew the beak onto the head between round 56 and round 59.
Snout:
Make the snout like the snout of the cat, but use grey brown instead
of white.
Stuff the snout and sew onto the front of the head, between round 51
and round 59.
Embroider with black the nose onto the snout (use the picture as a
guide).
Ears:
Ch 2 with brown or start with a magic ring.
1. 6 sc into the 1st ch or into the magic ring, 1 sl into the 1st sc (= 6 sc)
2. 2 sc in every sc (= 12 sc)
3. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (= 18 sc)
4 and 5. 18 sc
6. Fold the work and sc the st together with 8 sc.

Nose:
Ch 2 with black or start with a magic ring.

3. 12 sc
4. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (= 18 sc)
5. 18 sc
End with 1 sl into the 1st sc and fasten off.
Stuff the nose and sew it onto the snout, between round 3 and round 8.
Ear:
Ch 2 with grey brown or start with a magic ring.

Make another ear and sew the ears onto the head at round 68.
Ball:
Ch 2 with light blue or start with a magic ring.
1. 6 sc into the 1st ch or into the magic ring, 1 sl into the 1st sc (= 6 sc)
2. 2 sc in every sc (= 12 sc)
3. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (= 18 sc)
Continue with white.
4. 6 times (1 sc, 2 sc into the next sc, 1 sc) (= 24 sc)
5. 2 sc in every 4th sc (= 30 sc)
6. 6 times (2 sc, 2 sc into the next sc, 2 sc) (= 36 sc)
Continue with yellow.
7. 2 sc in every 6th sc (= 42 sc)
8. 6 times (3 sc, 2 sc into the next sc, 3 sc) (= 48 sc)
9. 48 sc
Continue with white.
10. 2 sc in every 8th sc (= 54 sc)
11 and 12. 54 sc
Continue with pink.
13 - 15. 54 sc
Continue with white.
16 - 18. 54 sc
Continue with blue.
19 - 21. 54 sc
Continue with white.
22. Sc every 8th and 9th st together (= 48 sc)
23. 48 sc
24. 6 times (3 sc, sc 2 st together, 3 sc) (= 42 sc)
Continue with grey green.
25. Sc every 6th and 7th st together (= 36 sc)
26. 6 times (2 sc, sc 2 st together, 2 sc) (= 30 sc)
27. Sc every 4th and 5th st together (= 24 sc)
Continue with white.
28. 6 times (1 sc, sc 2 st together, 1 sc) (= 18 sc)
Stuff the ball.
29. Sc every 2nd and 3rd st together (= 12 sc)
30. 6 times (sc 2 st together) (= 6 sc)
Fasten off. Pull the yarn through the 6 remaining st and pull tight.
Weave in the end.
