Motor coordination is refined as muscles grow and develop. Activities 
such as building with blocks, using play-dough and scissors, and riding 
bikes have increased to give me greater control over my movements

MATH & SCIENCE SKILLS 
Math skills begin with sorting and patterning activities, then number recognition, 
counting and seriating. These help me apply math to my world. Science begins with 
cultivating the desire to explore and discover.
