KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Arbitration Board;

agreement;

3. To submit and/or sign for compromise agreements and


settlements;

4. To accept any payments pursuant to any compromise agreement


entered; and

5. Such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of the


action.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys-in-fact, or their


substitute/s full power and authority to accomplish and perform every lawful act and
thing requisite, necessary or proper under the premises, as fully as, to all intents and
purposes, I ought or could lawfully do if personally present; and hereby ratifying and
conforming all my said attorneys-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
