The Metro Manila East Council of the Boy Scout of the Philippines will hold a Patrol and Crew Leader Training Course from September 13-15, 2019 at Kalumpang Elementary School starting at 5pm. To whom it may concern:

This is to inform you that the Metro Manila East Council of the Boy Scout of the
Philippines will hold a Patrol and Crew Leader Training Course on September 13, 14, and 15,
2019. This will be a Live- in Training at Kalumpang Elementary School which will start at
exactly 5pm. This training aims to familiarize the scouts about the basic rudiments of
becoming future Senior/ Patrol Leaders in their respective unit.
In line with this, we would like to request for your consent regarding the said activity.

I have considered the benefits that my son will derive from his participation in this

I shall not hold the Camp Staff and the Boy Scout of the Philippines responsible for
any untoward accident that may happen beyond their control.
