Training Delivery Methods Guide

This guide provides a decision matrix to help choose the best delivery method for basic training programs. On the job training is best for small groups learning technical procedures or ongoing development, but is ineffective for large groups. Classroom training allows up to 25 participants to gather in one place but may be difficult if participants are in different locations. Webinars are good when learners are in different places, can be highly interactive, and recordings can be reviewed later, but each participant needs their own computer and special software is required.
