Good day! Your online MMC Form no. 1 has been received and recorded!

1. An email confirmation with an electronic copy of the online MMC Form no. 1 has been sent to
your email address provided in the ‘School Coach Contact Information’. Please check your inbox
and spam folder.
2. The MMC Secretariat will review and approve/reject your online MMC Form no. 1 accordingly.
3. A list of approved online MMC Form no.1 will be made available online starting September 06,
2019 via web address http://bit.ly/2020MMCListofSchools.
4. Please allow your local Division Office to accomplish the MMC Form no.2 or the tagging of
schools to its testing centers until October 31, 2019. Only then, you may contact your Division
Office regarding the venue for the Elimination Rounds.
5. Please bring a printed copy of the online MMC Form no. 1 summary or email confirmation with
the signature of the School Principal together with the contestants’ identification cards to the
registration-in-charge on the day of Elimination Rounds. This will serve as your permit. No
permit, no entry.
