The MSc in Finance programme is designed to groom recent graduates to address the substantial
changes in the regulatory and institutional environments faced by the financial sector.
Our curriculum leverages self-directed and experiential learning to provide you with a fundamental
understanding of the industry, while instilling qualities for you to be resourceful and enterprising in
exploring effective solutions.

OUR PROGRAMME
1. PRE-ENTRY
Online (Non-Credit) The online self-study Statistics and Data Analytics in Finance module is geared towards helping you transition towards
the changing world of finance and data analytics.
You are highly encouraged to take advantage of this non-credit module, particularly if you have not taken Statistics or Data
Analytics in undergraduate studies. Knowledge of materials from this module will be used extensively in the programme.

2. FOUNDATION
OCT – NOV This intensive mini-semester on campus provides you with the foundation for the programme:
On Campus (8 MCs) • Introduction to Finance (2 MCs) • Accounting for Finance Professionals (2 MCs)
• Financial Modelling (4 MCs)

3. CORE
JAN – APR The first full semester provides you with the essential knowledge and skills for a career in finance-related sectors:
On Campus (16 MCs) • Applied Corporate Finance • International Finance and Economics
• Foundation of Investments • Options and Fixed Income

4. EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
MAY – JUL Through an applied project or industry internship, you will be able to engage in experiential learning in analysing and

• Earned, or expected to earn, a good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Good TOEFL/IELTS score (if the medium of instruction of your undergraduate studies was not in English)
• Application fee: S$100

Tuition Fees
The tuition fee for the programme is S$45,000 + GST.
