SPONSORSHIP REQUEST FOR “LOTS OF LOVE” PROGRAMME

May this letter reach you while you are in the best of health and iman with the grace from
Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala.

With reference to the above matter, we would like to request for sponsorship from
…………….. for our community service programme called “LOTS OF LOVE”, a
programme organized by PERKIM club in CFS IIUM Gombak.

The details of the programme are as below:

Date / Day : 4th - 6th September 2015 / Friday - Sunday


Time : 3 days 2 nights
Venue : Kampung Orang Asli Paya Lebar, Sungai Lui, 43100 Hulu Langat,
Selangor

Department of Quantitative Analysis, Centre for Foundation Studies, IIUM, 53100 Gombak
The objectives of this programme is firstly to ease the burden of the indigenous community
by executing essential community services in their village. Secondly, we want to promote
Islam as a way of life by increasing their knowledge about Islam holistically. We would also
like to help instill positive values, principles and way of thinking towards the indigenous
community so that they are able to be competent and confident enough to explore new things
in life for the sake of better life standards. As we all know, indigenous community is still
quite backward especially in religion and also in the fields of education, economy, social and
healthcare. So, the presence of PERKIM members will hopefully make an impact to the
development of human capital among them.

The proposed budget for this programme is RM 5750. We would gladly accept from your
behalf any kind of distribution whether it is food, money, equipments or etc. On behalf of
PERKIM Club of CFS IIUM, I am appealing to your kind office to consider sponsoring in
full, or in part, the budget for the organization of the programme. We would be very pleased
if you could consider our request and respond positively. Without the assistance and
sponsorship from your kind office, this programme would not be possible.

With your kindness, we request that the sponsorship reply should reach us before 8th
September 2015 for the programme to run smoothly.
