Dear S/Sh. SYED MOIN HUSSAIN PARVEZ,

This has reference to your application seeking for Winter Training, 2019 at ONGC, Mehsana
Asset, it is hereby informed that Competent Authority has granted permission for Winter Training
in COMPUTER ENGINEERING discipline at ONGC, Mehsana Asset w.e.f. 02.12.2019 to 24.01.2020
on the following conditions:

1) No stipend or other expenditure will be paid by ONGC for the Project Work/ Training.
2) Individual(s) will have to make his/her/their own arrangements for boarding, lodging and
conveyance etc.
3) ONGC will have no liability for his/her/their employment.
4) In case of unruly behaviour or indiscipline, his/her/their project work will be terminated
without notice, no liability or any damages etc.
5) Trainee(s) will undergo training at their own risk and cost.
6) Trainee(s) would have to submit a copy of INDIVIDUAL PROJECT REPORT, as prepared at
the culmination of the training to HR-ER Department, ONGC, Mehsana Asset. In case of
report being copied from other trainees / past trainees, the certificate shall not be issued
against such report.

This is to further inform that you will be undergoing the training in INFOCOM SERVICES
Section. You should report for the training to on 02.12.2019 at 10.00 AM along with 02 (two)
no’s passport size photograph & copy of this letter to the office of HR-ER failing to which you
shall not be allowed to pursue the said training thereafter.
