Culminating Activity
Your culminating task will cover topics that have been covered in course under the
disciplines of Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology and Research. The assignment is outlined
below and you are encouraged to ask for clarification on items when needed.
On page two there is a checklist of requirements that you are required to include in your
final written submission. On page four there is a rubric that outlines how you will be evaluated
through this assessment, a level three is attainable by completing all portions of this assignment,
failure to use your time wisely and follow the suggested timeline will make this assignment more
difficult then it should be.
The deadline and final date that this assignment will be accepted is at 1:00 pm January
23rd 2020.
Course Expectations

formulate questions appropriate for each discipline to guide their research;

Overview
Over the course of the semester we have looked at themes that relate to our emotions, our
mental state, different cultures and how we interact with people around us. You will choose from
one of the topics under the topics section and interview people you know to find out what they
think about your chosen topic and how it may impact their life.

Format - Your research should be formatted that others can follow it and be in preparation for
future writing assignments in post secondary or the remainder of your high school career.

Possible Mark
The rubric is organized with points assigned to each criteria. Under the row title there is a
number that determines the importance of the row. The higher the number the more important.
That number is then multiplied by the heading number to determine the points for the row. With
a total possible mark of 100.
