Cell Rubric

This rubric provides grading criteria for a 3-D cell model project on appearance, creativity, cell type representation, organelle and cell part details, labeling of organelles, and functions of organelles. An excellent project stands out, shows considerable effort, uses creative materials, clearly represents an animal, plant, or bacterial cell with accurately detailed and labeled organelles and clearly explained functions. A satisfactory project has neat appearance, shows good effort, represents the cell types with most organelles accurately detailed and labeled, and functions summarized with minor errors. A project needing improvement has labels that are hard to read, lacks neatness and effort, has minimal creativity, needs more cell part details and labeling, and has some organelle function errors.
