Dear Mr. Maloto,

Good day! We, the Grade 12 researchers from HUMSS 1220 and we are in the
process of completing our thesis. We are writing this letter request for permission to
conduct a research study in the institution. The study is entitled “STRESS AND COPING
STRATEGIES OF GRADE 12 SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS’’.

In line with this, we are humbly requesting that the school administration will allow
us to distribute pre survey questionnaires during class hours. If approval is granted, we
will only require 10 minutes or less for the answering of the pre survey questionnaires.
Also, we will be notifying the class teacher present at the time of the distribution.
