5 Mandatory Elements to Complete PNR - PRINT, Acronym


1. Phone Number
2. Received From - Name of the person who has made the Booking
3. Itinerary
4. Name
5. Ticket Time Limit – Ticketing Arrangement

- Work Areas – Choose F, then click Ok

1 = Single Passenger

From the same Text Field type in DAN, then ATLANTIC city then hit enter.
It will show the below result:

Remarks
- DAN City Name = to find city code, Decode Airport City Name
- DAC Airport or City Code = to decode and display full name

A: APT or Airport
B: BUS
C: CITY
G: GRD

Both of this Code, stands for Atlantic City but it has 2 Different Airport as shown above.
- AIY – Stand for Atlantic City, this is the City Code
- ACY – Also stands for Atlantic City, this is the City Code

LET’S FIND the AIRPORT CODE AND CITY CODE

- DAC ACY or let’s try DAC NYC


- NYC stands for New York City
- It will decode the Airport-Helliport, and its full name.

Remarks:
DAC Airport or City Code = to decode and display full name

HOW TO FIND FLIGHT AVAILABILITY – BY DEPARTURE

In the text filed, type in

Remarks:
AD – Flight Availability by Departure, AVAILABILITY DEPARTURE
Date – 2 Digit Format
Month – 3 Character Format
Point of Departure – ACY, IATA/ICAO Code for Atlantic City Airport
City of Destination – MOW, IATA/ICAO Code for Moscow Airport
Remarks:
You can also specify the Timing

DISPLAY the FARE PRICE
Under TRN or Transaction
Type in, FXX - to display the Fare Price
Type in, FXA - to display the Lowest Fare Price
Type in, FXB - to rebook the Lowest Fare if Available
Type in RT - to create transitional Stored Ticket
Type in, FXX - to display the Fare Price, to take another look on updated Fare

Don’t submit payment until confirmed by the Client


To COMPLETE & SAVE the PNR, we must have Ticket Arrangement Element

Type in, TKTL -ticket Time Limit

Remarks: This is used to request ticket issuance from newer office, todays date and current local time. If payment is not
process by the Time Limit Expiration. The PNR will become void and need to be rebook.
This completes the Final Element of PNR.

To END the TRANSACTION

Type in

ET - To end the Transaction, save.


ER - To end the Transaction, save, and Retrieve/Display Booking Transaction.
Remarks: 5QCOLI – is your Booking Transaction
Make sure you have the Copied the Booking Transaction.

To CONTINUE BOOKING other ACCOUNTS


Type in, IG - this will ignore the active Ticket.

To RETTRIVE COMPLETED PNR, type in RT, then the BOOKING Transaction

COMMAND RECALL / HISTORY

Command Recall is a function that allows you to re-display your previous entries.
You may have received an error response and need to re-enter your entry .
You may edit and re-enter with the command recall function key.

The history function key allows you to visually see what entries you have imputed and what the system has responded,
however you are unable to edit it
Hold down the ALT key and the ARROW up button
This is another version which allows you to run through various commands you entered by using your arrow keys.

Recall Entry

You can recall the last entry or entries , you have made in the Amadeus Central System.

RE To recall your last entry.


RE2 To recall the entry made before last entry.
RE/LONG To recall the entry that is too long for your terminal.

Amadeus Information System (AIS)

The Amadeus Information System (AIS) is a central source of reference information, which is maintained by Amadeus
and service providers. The information stored in AIS is referenced using a structure consisting of 3 levels:

The command identifier for AIS is GG and is often referred to as "Go Get".

Timatic in PNR

You can request information about a passenger's travel requirements using the existing information in itinerary
segments by using one of the following transaction codes:

TIRA Health and visa information

Passenger's nationality is required only if you ask for visa information; and the air segment is always mandatory.
