INTRODUCTION

Organization study is the area where our theoretical knowledge under study
with an organization to find out its overall working, learn about origin, growth and
development of the company, understand and analysis about the quality policy of
the organization and role of the each department in the organization dealing
industrial products and also of the working culture of the executive and the
workers. The organization study at Janatha charitable society vellur, Kannur has
provided me with information of various aspects and has been a valuable help and
assistance to me. The main functions of dairy industries are production and
marketing of milk and milk products.

In some wages marketing is as old as civilization. We can see it firms based


on ancient Greece or Rome with images of busting market, Advertisement and
Promotions. Actively engaged in persuasive communication of course those traders
would not called their activities marketing and their activities may see for removed
from someone ordering airline reaches via a websites.

TITLE OF THE STUDY

The study can be entitled as “A study on Organizational at Janatha charitable


society with special reference to Advertisement strategies of dairy products of
Janatha” at Vellur, Payyanu, Kannur.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

Objectives are:

1. To Study the organizational structure of the company


2. To know the Advertisement strategies of the firm.
3. To study of the product value in the market.
4. Target audience about Janatha products.
5. How to effect the Social media Promotional in the market.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

This study deals with the effectiveness of Advertisement strategy of “Janatha


charitable society”. It emphasis on marketing management of ‘Janatha charitable
society, promotion strategies, , advertisement, ,Brand image , brand name and
export area etc.. The study is conducted in Vellur.

LIMITATION OF THE STUDY

1. It is the study related to a single firm.


2. Findings and conclusions are based on the assumptions that the data
supplied by the units are true and genuine.
3. Since the work has to complete within a short period, a detailed and
elaborated study could not be attempted.
4. Limitations in collecting primary data.

6. Lack of time for collecting data from different Ksheera dairy in Kannur
district.
7. Study is confined only to limited customers.
