840C Data Loading Procedure

This document provides instructions for loading machine data on an 840C controller after clearing all previous data. It involves 4 parts: 1. Loading the PLC, NC and DRIVE machine data by selecting "Standard TEA1" and following the "NO" condition in the flow diagram. 2. Clearing the PLC user data by deleting files and doing a general reset through the diagnosis menu. 3. Loading new PLC user data by copying and pasting files through the data management menu. 4. Setting MAFU bits for clamping cylinders and the tailstock, and entering a spindle speed of 5000 RPM through the NC data and setting data menus. The overall process clears
