710391 Rubies, Sapphires & emeralds further worked than sawn/rough
 Membership: APGMJA, APCEA
 Registration: As exporter of Jewelry and Gemstones Export Promotion Bureau (EPB)
 Certificate & Identity: NTN certificate, National Identification Card
 Membership Certificate of Chamber of Commerce and Industry: Requires Bank certificate in the name of Company, Copy of
memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, certificate of incorporation, NIC, Application form.
 Certificate: Membership of an Association of Jewelers and Gemstones
 Recommendation Letter from Association of Jewelers and Gemstones.
 Bank Certificate in the name of Proprietorship concern, Firm or Company
 Jewelry Passbook: Maintain a Jewelry Pass Book authenticated by TDAP for placing entries of all export.
 Payment Terms Allowed: Advance payment, Irrevocable L/C, Contract on DP/DA
Exporter shall also honor Foreign Exchange Regulation, under which authorized exporter has to file Export Declaration Form “E”. The
exporter shall also produce the parcels/boxes containing the articles (gemstones) along with documents to the customs for
weighment and examination. The documents have to clearly state the type and weight of stones in each lot.APGMJA shall ensure
that Hallmarking is adapted for the export of gold and precious stones.
