TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Invoice for 15 days consecutively while working and pay within 7 days after invoice
2. All types of civil works shall have Main Contractor scope
3. After the quotation is approved, we will start the job after subcontractor agreement and Issue LPO.
4. The main contractor will provide full scaffolding when needed to operate at a high level.
5.While working, the main contractor will provide the drawing of all lay-out plans
6. The Maine Contractor is responsible for delivering all types of raw materials to the workplace
