Leads/Alerts Tab – Will Show all Lead/Alerts or admin orders you created red not sent green sent
Work Tab - Will show time and service credit for the day

How to End your “Pay Clock” Day and Sync


Before you end your day you must complete all your work orders that are schedule for today.
(All Orders must be GREEN on Schedule and Visit tab for today's date)
Tap –Red Finish work YES or NO
Tap – YES – will end your clock and connect by phone to send information back to iRIS
Tap - to return to Welcome Screen
Tap - to exit PesTrak

Rapid Bait How to build and use it

Rapid bait is a way of recording a material multiple times on a work order. You must first add the material to
your first Location (Device). When you go to do your next Location (Device) you will see the material that you
enter before under Used Materials.
To reuse the material
Tap – The material under used Material
Tap - Will Move this Material and all information to this Location (Device)
If you wanted to edit this Material after the you should

To associate workorders select all of the workorders for a worksite by placing a check mark in the boxes

Work Day Tab

This field will give you the following information about your current and previous Day of work.
Information will be Start and End Time, Time of your breaks, Total duration time, Time on Job, break and Lunch
times. You will also see total service credit value for the Day.

Things to Know

Handheld Locks Up If the handheld locks and the screen does not respond to screen taps, only then should you
soft reset the handheld in the PesTrak program. A soft reset will re-start the handheld. When the handheld come
back up, you will have to re-start PesTrak and open the work order on the Visit screen with the pencil.
Application Errors If you receive an error within PesTrak back out of the application, you must go to the
handheld desktop. Now re-start PesTrak and navigate back to work order and continue from where you left off
before application locked up.
Soft Reset You should always try and get out of the program PesTrak if possible before you do a soft reset.

How to Start your Day (Payroll Clock)
You can start your day anytime you are in the program but it must be started before you start a work order.

When day is started you will have a box in front of the work orders.

You can activate your Location (Device) three different ways
First is by scanning the barcode - this will bring you to the Location Details screen

Second is when the barcode is not assessable you will need to Highlight the Location (Device)

After all materials and activity have been documented on the PDA

Associating Work orders (Service orders only)
To associate work orders select all of the work orders for a worksite by placing a check mark in the boxes
Tap - to open all work orders associated. This will create one service report for all that are Associated
Now you will be able to review all associated Service details by using the toggle
Perform and enter all associated service information prior to ending your work order

Tap – Status and use to toggle between orders to set the Percentage Complete for each order
Tap - to allocate time between jobs. Tap each job (highlighted) and use arrows to change duration
Once all time has been allocated both the Duration and Overtime Available boxes will be green
Tap the first work order you want to allocate time to. Enter time accordingly. (NOTE: the total number of minutes
allocated to a worksite will display on this screen; as time is allocated between work orders the number of minutes will
only display time remaining to allocate between remaining work orders.)
