 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

 Project works are conducted in VIII semester.

 Plan and Description of activities for VIII semester are listed below:

(Arrange for display of staff name with specialization

Third week Zeroth review presentation

Fourth week Literature survey report submission

Fifth week First review, Chapter 1 submission

Sixth week Material collections and verification

Seventh week Second review, Chapter 2 & 3 submission

Eighth week Experimental Testing

Ninth week Rough copy submission

Tenth week Final review, Book submission

 Two Expert members are to be nominated for the smooth conduct of review by the
HOD’s
 Expert members will not be changed under any circumstances.
 Guide should be present for all the review.
 Project coordinator will monitor the ongoing process.
 During the review, handouts to be submitted in landscape format, per page 2 slides
can be accommodated.
