Taking the totals from the work and earning flow chart above we see that the total
charges being £2,614 for the seven and a half hour day equates to £348 per hour and
when we take the net of materials cost figure being £2,114 and again divide that by the

The schedule above was taken from our own works ledger. It was a fairly easy day as all

As you can see from the chart above in which we use our own earnings figures, only, so
as to to illustrate the point, we have added an additional cost of one worker at £15.00 per
