1.0 PURPOSE
The purpose of the Construction Vehicle permit is to ensure that adequate controls are
followed when any construction vehicles are being used at construction site. The legal

All construction personnel and any contractor personnel are required to comply with this
procedure.
3.0 DEFINITIONS
Construction Vehicles Permit: Any Construction vehicles like Transit Mixer, Tractor, JCB,
Excavator, Truck/Trailer, Crane, Farhana etc. must have the vehicle permit clearance to
work at construction site. This permit will be used as authority of vehicle operation inside
project in a certain period of time. For this clearance they have to submit/verified the legal
4.0 RESPONSIBILITIES
Confirms that vehicle is fully fit as per legal requirements after legal documents
verification.
5.0 PROCEDURE
Only trained and authorized employees should issue and receive the construction
vehicle work Permit and their names should be listed along with the authorizations
All the legal papers of vehicle shall be checked for the authentication like,

Only 3 month validity shall be given to the vehicles again recheck of same vehicle

If any above documents date is getting expires before three month period then one

Note: Operator/Driver’s identity shall be checked by security personnel through OID (Operator Identity Display) every
time while entry and permit must be displayed on the equipment/vehicle always.
