NOTE:-
1. AUTOMATIC STAR/DELTA STARTER OPERATION TIME SHALL BE MANUALLY AS DIRECTED.
2. PUMP MOTOR UP TO 5.5KW SHALL BE OF DOL. STARTING, ABOVE 5.5KW STAR DELTA
STARTING TO BE PROVIDED
3. LT MCC SHALL BE SHEET STEEL ENCLOSED(14 SWG) COMPARTMENTALISED, FREE
STANDING TYPE WITH DEGREE OF IP-4X PROTECTION AND POWDER COATED PAINTING OF
APPROVED SHADE;
4. APFC RELAY CONTROL FOR CAPACITOR BANK IN LT PANEL SHALL BE AT BOTH SIDE OF
BUS-COUPLER
5. SAFETY RELEASE FOR VARIOUS PROTECTION OF MOTOR AS RECOMMENDED BY PUMP
MANUFACTURER ARE TO BE PROVIDED IN LT PANEL.
6. LPBS SHALL BE INSTALLED NEAR ALL DRIVES.
7. KVAR RATING SHALL BE CALCULATED ON TOTAL WORKING LOAD FOR EACH OF THE
m m CAPACITOR BANK, FOR THE CONDITION WHEN ONLY ONE INCOMER IS WORKING AND BUS
COUPLER IS AT ON CONDITION.
8. LT BUS-COUPLER AND LT IN-COMER SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH ELECTRO-MECHANICAL
INTER-LOCKING ARRANGEMENT.
9. ALL CONTACTORS SHALL BE AC3 DUTY TYPE AND RATINGS SHALL BE SUIT TO FLC OF
DRIVES.
10. ADEQUATE SPACE SHALL BE KEPT INSIDE THE PANEL CUBICLES TO FACILITATE EASY
MAINTENANCE & REPAIR / REPLACEMENT.
11. ADEQUATE FORCED VENTILATION ARRANGEMENT FOR HEAT DISSIPATION FROM
CAPACITOR BANKS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
12. ONLY DWF MOTOR FEEDER PANELS IS NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE SD 29.
13.CABLE LAYING SHALL BE CONSIDERED FROM LT SWF PANEL OUTGOING FEEDER TO NEW
DWF LT PANEL AND FROM DWF LT PANEL TO DWF DRY PIT MOTORS IN PACKAGE SD 29.

m 14.EARTHING FOR THE LT PANEL & DWF MOTORS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN PACKAGE SD 29.
