Note***: DO NOT copy shortcut icons. Right click the shortcut icon - Properties to get the
actual location in the target field. Backup only if the file/folder is in your C:drive.
3 Lotus Notes Data File (Please close your Notes before backup)
Workspace file C:\Lotus\Notes\data\Desktop8.ndk
Local Address Book C:\Lotus\notes\data\names.nsf
Notes Configuration file C:\Lotus\Notes\Notes.ini
Archive databases C:\Lotus\Notes\Data\archive\archive file.nsf, eg: a_znoor.nsf
Notes ID C:\Lotus\Notes\Data\notesID.id, eg: znoor.id
Email database C:\Lotus\Notes\Data\Mail
Any other replica of Notes databases reside in C: drive
Other databases that you have created
4 JE Analytics Users (for JE users only)
Your data will NOT migrate. EXPORT your data to your My Documents then copy it to your back up
folder
5 Non Standard Software?
List down any non-standard software you have.
You will need to install these applications yourself after receiving your PC back from the On-Site Services.
Any or all of these applications may need requesting (and approval gaining) via the EY AppStore
7 Take a screenshot of the outlook accounts if you have more than one accounts in your Outlook (if any)
IMPORTANT : Copy all your data from C:\ drive to OneDrive. Please be extra careful when copying the data to prevent data lost.

Attention: Once you've collected the new PC, take a moment to ensure that all applications are available to use, that your
documents have been copied over correctly, that your network drives are available and that your printers have been setup. It will only
take a few moments to check and may save time at a later date when you realize that a vital application is not available while working
out of the office.
