Thank you for showing interest in the Commercial Pilots License Course with Instrument Rating and
Multi Engine rating “CPL (ME-IR)” at Chimes Aviation Academy' (CAA), India's Premier Aviation
Training Academy.

DGCA approved CPL-ME-IR course at CAA is a professional pilots' integrated course, which qualifies
you to secure a job with an airline or in general aviation.

The Minimum Eligibility for the course is as follows:


 Having Physics and Maths in Class 12th:
o A minimum 50% marks in English, Physics, and Math each in Class 12th Examinations, OR
o A minimum of 50% total aggregate marks in Class 12th
 Class II Medical (Indian) with a fitness certificate from a designated medical practitioner.

 Minimum age of 17 years on the date of joining CAA.

 Registration Amount and Commitment Amount once paid will neither be refunded nor be adjusted under
any circumstances.
 We do not accept cash payments and No cash to be deposited in our bank account under any
circumstances.
 Flying Training Fee Rate may vary as per prevailing fuel Charges.
 INR 1,000/- will be charged per month for Flight Logger.
 Cost of Uniform, Stationary Items, Accessories, etc not included in the above mentioned fee and will be
charged extra
 Boarding and Lodging during Ground Classes are not provided by us.
 Hostel Charges for stay in Dhana will be extra at the rates mentioned on the 2nd page.
HOSTEL CHARGES (CAA DHANA)

Hostel Charges for your stay in Dhana are as given below:-

Boarding & Lodging facility on twin sharing basis - Rs. 18,000/Month


(This includes all meals, accommodation & Laundry)

All rooms are air conditioned, the electricity consumed for each room will be charged as per
actuals, the monthly amount will be shared in equal amounts by the room occupants

There will be a Security Deposit of INR 50000=00 (Rupees fifty thousand only) for the Hostel
Accommodation. This Deposit will be refunded with the full and final settlement of the Student.

The above mentioned Hostel charges are to be deposited in advance for the period of three months.

After completion of two months candidates are to deposit hostel charges for next three months.

The Hostel Fees advance will not be adjusted against any Flying Hours Fees

The other facilities of hostel are as mentioned below:


 Each room is fully furnished with attached bath.
 Dining facilities
 Recreation room with TV.
 Full Laundry service
 Outdoor games – Volley Ball/Football/Cricket/Badminton/Basketball.
 Indoor games – Table tennis/Chess/Carrom/Pool
