7 Most Common Problem in PyroProcessing For Kiln and Cooler

This document discusses 7 common problems that can occur during pyroprocessing in cement kilns and coolers. These include cyclone blockage, kiln inlet blockage, large clinker balls, heavy kiln coating, feed rushes and dust, snowman formation in coolers, and red rivers in coolers. Potential causes of each problem are outlined, such as high iron or sulfur levels, slow kiln rotation, insufficient cooling air, or misalignment of kiln and cooler. Solutions to raw material grinding issues are also briefly mentioned.

Higher % of liquid, may be iron % is more in raw mix so hot meal will
be sticky and viscous.
Shorter cooling zone; so may be shortage of adequate quenching .
Higher BZ temperature, may be due to short flame.
Failure of air blaster in cooler 1st grate if any.

Uneven distribution of cooling ai
